- Question 6 on page 7 is asking what is the relationship between the hardness of the minerals in a rock and how long it takes that rock to weather.

Announcement: Want to know your current grade? I've posted a grade calculator. You'll need to know the total number of fives, fours, etc. you have. You can find this by looking at the online portal. Please keep in mind that the calculator is in beta mode and it may not work 100% just yet!

Today in class we:
 - Announced our current textbook, "Inside Earth," will be collected next week.
 - Received our unit 3 exams back.
 - Received our new textbook, "Earth's Changing Surface."
 - Worked on the review sheets for notes 4.1 and 4.2.
 
 
Sometime this month, I'll be giving you our next textbook and asking you for the previous textbook. If you do not turn in your "Inside Earth" textbook, you will have to pay for a replacement. There are two ways to get a replacement:

1. Buy a book from the school. It will cost $17 for you to replace the book through the school district.
2. Buy a book from Amazon. It will cost you $.74 (that's right: seventy-four cents) plus shipping.
