Homework Hints: - To find the percentage in questions 4 & 5 on page 7, use the following: (Remaining Mass divided by Starting Mass) times 100 - Question 6 on page 7 is asking what is the relationship between the hardness of the minerals in a rock and how long it takes that rock to weather. Sometime this month, I'll be giving you our next textbook and asking you for the previous textbook. If you do not turn in your "Inside Earth" textbook, you will have to pay for a replacement. There are two ways to get a replacement: 1. Buy a book from the school. It will cost $17 for you to replace the book through the school district. 2. Buy a book from Amazon. It will cost you $.74 (that's right: seventy-four cents) plus shipping. I'll see you all in just a few days.
