Homework:
- Review element list #3. Quiz on just the new 12 elements on Friday. You'll get a paper copy once the copier is repaired!

Today in class we:
- Reviewed ions and the characteristics of acids and bases
- Discussed how scientists detect acids and bases
- Practiced detecting acids and bases in a lab

Tomorrow in class we will:
- Finish our lab on detecting acids and bases
- Practice finding the pH of the five unknown solutions
- Discuss what happens when acids and bases mix
